You have only a few seconds to grab a viewers attention before it is placed onto something else. Videos captivate their attention, imagination and possibilities. If you can keep them watching past the initial 7 seconds, you have their attention.
The trick now, is to keep their attention and turn them into a buyer.

Some of the most watched videos online are videos that are made on i-phones, they are spontaneous and entertaining.
It would be great if we knew the secrets to how a video goes viral, but some videos are shared by millions of people, and these are not produced in some studio, these are spontaneous videos that have all the right ingredients that captivated viewers and made them share it with their family and friends.
So, you don't have to be a Hollywood producer to create a video that will captivate people.
You just need to add some value, entertainment and use some creativity. Your creativity is something of great value, and we all have that, we just need to know how to harness it.

If you take some time to review videos that have gone viral, you can take some of that value and add it to your own videos without going to crazy. But, you do need to get out of your ordinary to do this sometimes.

Video footage, can be spontaneous, but when you are scripting a video, you want it pretty close to what you wrote and visualized. You can just use your phone, your DSLR Camera with the video option or a medium priced portable camera. 

Background music really helps your productions, find music that is royalty free and find something that has the right feel. Remember, you are trying to draw some emotion from your viewers so they want to see more and watch your video right to the ent.
Experiment with various genres of music, and include that possibility in your script, what kind of music do you need to create the right feel, is a soft music, would be pumping music to get the audience excited and pumped up. 

You will need a software that will give you some of the better features in producing a half decent commercial. It's best to watch some Youtube Videos on how to do this, there are all kinds out there that will take you step-by-step.

Having some additional elements like a great intro and ending really help make the video look professional, you can find templates online to do this. Creating custom images is pretty easy as well, you can use CANVA, which has free version, them you can create your logos and supporting images.
As I mentioned earlier, we are all producers and writers, if you just take your time, write down ideas and pretty soon, these ideas develop into a script.
